:: Returns & Exchanges ::

I don't accept cancellations. But please contact [email protected] if you have any problems with your order, including pictures of items if they arrived damaged.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items / Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale


CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition with        all tags attached, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • HAUS of NAHRIN is not responsible for any custom and import taxes nor is it responsible any delays           due to customs. 
  • BUYERS are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

:: LOST PACKAGES & SHIPPING ISSUES ::
Once I send an item, it is at the mercy of the post office / courier. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, I highly recommend it. Please  message me prior to making your purchase so I can set-up a CUSTOM LISTING that includes the additional cost for you. Also, take care to list a secure shipping address to avoid problems with loss and theft.


:: CUSTOM ORDERS ::
I am accepting custom orders at this time. Please contact [email protected] and we will discuss the project. PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made-to-order photos. Thank you!

All apparel is made-to-order in standard sizes, not custom made to your measurements unless otherwise specified in the listing. The size chart reflects standard body measurements, not garment measurements, and may not reflect your usual size in ready to wear clothing. Don’t be alarmed if the size your measurements indicated is not the size you normally buy off the rack.

If a new garment is needed due to an incorrect size ordered, you will be charged full price for the new garment, including rush fees if applicable.

HAUS of NAHRIN is not responsible for changes in size due to buyer's weight gain or loss.


:: JEWELRY CARE :: 

To keep your jewelry in the best condition, try to keep away from moisture (no water including pools, lotion, perfume etc...). To clean ONLY USE mild soap with water on a gentle rag / towel... or better yet, no soap at all.

:: WHAT IS GOLD FILLED? ::                                         

Gold filled or gold overlay is a process of pressure bonding a thin layer of gold to a base metal core. Gold filled (unlike gold plating) has an actual layer of gold, according to FTC standards of 100 millionths of an inch of gold layered over sterling silver, giving it more value and making it tarnish-resistant.
